About the Project

ACTA FRAGILIA is an independent platform for analytical journalism, investigations and documentary analysis in the fields of law, economics, corporate conflicts and social processes.

No advertising, news feed or noise. Only verified facts, context and an attempt to understand how legal, economic and social mechanisms work — and who bears their consequences.

Principles

• Fact-checking. Every claim is verified against primary sources.
• Context over sensation. We analyze systemic causes, not isolated cases.
• Attention to consequences. We ask: who bears the cost of decisions made?
• No news cycle pressure. Texts are published when they are ready, not when the news agenda demands.

Methodology

Materials are based on court documents, regulatory filings, corporate registries and direct interviews. Where possible, we publish links to sources or scans of documents.

Languages

The project publishes in Russian, English, Polish and Belarusian. Not all materials are available in all languages — priority is given to the language most relevant to the subject.
